Shipping Area

Bossa Vintage Shop ships within Israel only. As of now international delivery is not available.

Shipping Fees

Free shipping on orders over ₪1,000
₪40 shipping fee on orders under ₪1,000
Self pick-up: available on all orders, pick-up from address Allenby St 19, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.

Shipping fees (if paid) will not be refunded in cases of cancellation, return, or exchange, unless the cancellation is due to a defect or non-conformity.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery time is 1–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Security situation
Closed airspace
Natural disasters
Public health emergencies

In such cases, the customer may be entitled to cancel the order in accordance with Israeli consumer protection laws.

Safe Drop-Off

If the customer approves leaving the package outside the door or in an unattended location, Bossa Vintage Shop is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery.

Vintage Items – Important Notice

All items sold at Bossa Vintage Shop are vintage or second-hand.

Items may show signs of wear, aging, or minor imperfections.
Product condition is reflected in the photos and descriptions displayed on the website.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review the item details carefully before purchasing.
If you have any concerns or questions, we are more than happy to help you and provide more details, such as additional pictures/videos of the products.

Cancellation Fees

Where permitted by law, a cancellation fee of 5% of the order value or ₪100 (whichever is lower) may apply.

Tag Policy

Items with removed or damaged tags cannot be returned or exchanged.
