All sales are final, except where otherwise required by Israeli law. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of vintage items, we generally do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for purchases made through our website.

Cancellation Fees

Where permitted by law, a cancellation fee of 5% of the order value or ₪100 (whichever is lower) may apply.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees (if paid) will not be refunded in cases of cancellation, return, or exchange, unless the cancellation is due to a defect or non-conformity.

Tag Policy

Items with removed or damaged tags cannot be returned or exchanged.
