The website is operated by Bossa Vintage Shop, operating as an Ossek Patur, located in Israel.

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Use of this website and placing orders is permitted to individuals aged 18 or older with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices are listed in New Israeli Shekels (₪).

As an Ossek Patur, the business is exempt from charging VAT in accordance with Section 31 of the Israeli VAT Law. Therefore, prices do not include VAT and no VAT invoice will be issued.

A digital receipt (קבלה) in english will be provided after payment.

4. Orders and Payment

An order is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been sent.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:

• Pricing errors

• Stock unavailability

• Suspected fraudulent activity

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

6. Cancellations and Returns

Cancellations and returns are handled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, including regulations regarding distance selling transactions.

Customers may cancel a transaction within the legally defined time period given the products are unused and with the original tags attached to it. Cancellation fees may apply where permitted by law.
