A little piece of Gucci history, absolutely covered in flowers.
From the Frida Giannini era, this Gucci Nice Tote features the house’s legendary Flora print, a motif originally created in 1966 by illustrator Vittorio Accornero after Princess Grace of Monaco visited Gucci’s Milan boutique and requested a floral scarf.
Decades later, Frida Giannini brought Flora back from the Gucci archives and made it one of the defining prints of her years at the house. Here, the intricate flowers, leaves, butterflies and delicate botanical drawings cover an ivory leather tote, finished with cream leather trims, gold-tone hardware and a beautiful lavender interior.
A very practical everyday Gucci, but with a nearly 60-year-old fashion story behind the print.

Bossa Notes: Gucci really said: why carry a normal tote when your everyday bag can come with an art-history lesson? The Flora print started with a scarf created for Princess Grace of Monaco in 1966, was rediscovered decades later by Frida Giannini, and somehow ended up looking completely at home on this very 2010s Gucci tote. We love the contrast between the romantic, almost botanical-illustration print and the structured shape. Very “I have my laptop, my entire life and approximately 47 unnecessary things in my bag, but make it Gucci.” Wear it with denim and a white tee and let the flowers handle the rest.
